TAMIYA ASIA CUP Qualifying series at Berjaya Timesquare

This was a really hot stuff you know. It remind me those old day I was playing the small little race car during primary school. This Tamiya Asia is belong to the big guys and gals Toys and it was start by last Saturday 28th July at Berjaya TimeSquare.

Look at thier acessories for thier little car!!! It was amazing. This was the place to mantain thier own car which checking parts by parts and replace other sparepark. lolz…it look like fixing a real car. Refer to my friend and he mention about this hobby was quite Costly one but what I know different people got different opinionlah. Sometimes I even can spend a lot on others stuff but from parents view they will think that spending money like this is wasting money.

No choice!!! then I have to switch my camera to Shutter Mode with 1/250 s plus with flash light open but it look not nice at all gr….!!! My camera really bad on shutter mode.

Try on Manual mode then adjust to 1/50 second and finally I can get this result.

Wu Bai伍佰 & China Blue Pre Concert Promo at Sungei Wang

7pm, 27 July 2007. I went to Sungei Wang to participate this 伍佰 concert promo with my friend Lynn that evening. I get this Info from http://www.sungeiwang.com.

Dubbed as the Taiwan’s ‘King of Live Music’, Wu Bai is one of the biggest Rock Stars in Mandarin Music territory. Together with China Blue, they released their first album in 1992, followed by live performances at pubs throughout Taiwan.

I get there in 6.30pm at the same time waiting my friend rushing from her office. At the same time, I saw my ex-colleague Murotak which had been not meet each other for almost half year. Of coz he was a super fans of Wu bai.

I remember that time the 1st sight I saw him I tot his was a very fierce people but actually kinda funny and friendly as well.

Before Wubai enter the stage, the DJ from MY.com came here to offer some activities and free gifts as well. Me and Lynn have won two tickets that worth for RM100 each from the quiz. So Lucky can…hehe!!! Sure go to Genting for this great concert.

为什么有了两性关系后会发胖？

世上没有任何减肥药能减肥而不影响健康。也没有任何减肥美体仪真正能减去脂肪，也不可能只是靠吃，不去运动就能纤体，因为肌肉始终会松驰。
　　不适当减肥能引起月经紊乱，节食减肥失败的状况很多会是，减肥→恢复→减肥→恢复，这种体重持续增减的状态，称为「溜溜球现象」。这种现象往往会让身体的肌肉减少，相对地脂肪的比例就会增加，渐渐变成不易瘦下来的体质。
　 人们应当注意时下流行的各种减肥方法的弊端，女性不应采用“溜溜球节食”法减肥。减轻体重虽然有利于身体健康，但体重不断反弹的方法对健康危害极大，只有适度运动、合理健康饮食才是科学的减肥方法。
油变成脂肪很容易理解，但是碳水化合物呢？碳水化合物经过小肠分解之后，最终会变成葡萄糖进入血液，血液中的葡萄糖会变成身体能量来源。但是血液中葡萄糖浓度，就是血糖浓度一升高，胰岛素就开始分泌，胰岛素是开启脂肪细胞大门的钥匙。胰岛素可将葡萄糖从血液中运至脂肪细胞，使它们变大。就算在饮食中不吃脂肪，饮食中的碳水化合物也会让脂肪细胞变大，让身体肥胖。
反之，若没有胰岛素，脂肪细胞的大门不会打开，葡萄糖不会进入脂肪细胞，脂肪细胞不会变大，人也不会肥胖。
　大家都知道减肥的重要性，只不过一想到减肥马上就想到节食和运动，每天和卡路里斤斤计较，每周3次有氧运动。但是应酬的酒不能不喝，食欲也不是那们容易降低；每星期3次的运动，只要心生放弃，马上就复胖。
减肥失败的三大理由就是：好象没什幺效果、要大大改变生活习惯、造成心理压力及身体变差。到底要如何才能不让脂肪上身？最有效的方法还是有氧运动。如果实在做不到，最低限度就是不让饭后的血糖浓度升高。不想长出比现在多的脂肪，首先要做的就是饭后动一动。
