Ohno….I am back to work again. It was so so……tired but luckily I have no heavy workload for this few days. I just back from Johor(kluang) because of my x colleague(also buddies as well) Wedding. It suppose to have two wedding party I have to attend this 2 day but the second wedding diner my parents can’t wait for my arrival besides they have to fetch another relatives so I have miss the second one on evening. Somehow(after few hours break) I did join Ah Kwong, Sogua, Beh and few frens gathering on thier house for celebrating Christmas eve as well. I bring along with my home made whisky to the gathering….wala finish till last drop and talk until deep night. After the gathering we almost went back home by 5am already and I slept until 3pm for the next day.

Lack of rest this few days but yet I still have to rush to Setapak for dota warcratf. It was almost 5pm. Then Sunddenly Vivian(Aunty Yap) call me out for a gathering at Kaki Corner by 7.30 pm. OMG….I am rushing like hell coz I am playing 3 hours package at that moment. Anyway I still have rush to the for the second gathering for 9.00pm. So sorry ….. I am late!!!^_^.

IT was happy this few days. Anyhow I will upload my photos as soon as possible. Mr and Mrs Yap- Wish you have a nice Journey at Penang. My post end up here.

It was last Friday evening and I was amost to reach LRT station back to Bukit Jalil. Sunddenly a call from my friend Anston….

Anston: Come now!!! I am in KLCC, lets have our dinner?
Me(considering a while): okie. wait me for 20 minutes(I have been long time never lepak there already)

When I reach LRT. I saw many many ppl OMG!!!!! quening like hell but not choice. After 15 minutes of quening at star LRT then continue my ride to Majlis Jamek station switch train to Putra and I hope that I can reach there asap. When I reach the Escalator ….Woot…!!!! :O ……….(WTF!!!) 5 times more people then I took Star LRT just now and I quickly call back Anston I would walk to KLCC rather than take Putra…. wait for me 25 minutes…

When I reach there it almost take me an hours (7pm onwards), so tiring and hungry. However, I just have a shot on KLCC coz I want to make full use on my camera and wonder why so many people like to capture KLCC just no ideas at all.

I took less pictures coz so hungry and no concentration loh but I will get more images soon coz this post I use to talk more about the happening for me this years.

Good things for this years

I get my new Job from August and I work happily.

I get my new Blog for almost 3 months, I very get used of it and I get to know some new bloggers.

I get my new semi DSLR FZ50.

Grow a bit but still very emo

I got extra 2 months holidays this year

Bad things happen this years

My previous job executive bully me like hell.

I lost Tidalwave studio and my partners.

I gain weight for 10 kg at least….and dun even brave enough to go for the weighing machine

My cars bangs!!!!! need a lot money to fix, sini rosak situ rosak…alamak T_T

Altough I have 2 months of holiday but I am very poor…..

A shorty friend buddy call Yap X X, make me so disappointment more information will tell later.

My friends and neighbour will call this “ginger papaya(I dunno how to describe this english)” but atcually was not and it will processing for another few weeks after some chemical and bio effect to become alkohol.

My neighbour will usually ask like that: papaya wine?! can’t?! Taste like wat?
My mom: Not wine but I dunno, my new creations, first time.
My neighbour: What is the ingredient you fill inside?
My mom: Papaya, lemon, big cube of brown sugar,herbs…

So it will look like the picture below.

This was the close up shot.

This process will last for 3 more weeks after that the papaya will change into deep brown color and the juice will change into deep yellow.

This was the filteration process after six months and this alkohol will be going for filteration process. It was made of dry grapes, almond…and many ingredients. When I ask her how to made the alkohol. She will tell a lot until I zzzzzzzzz…… ok nevermind. (Who want to know how to made the whisky please leave msg into my comment or cbox and I will email recipe.)

Look diggusting but it smell good!!!!

After the filteration process my mom will filled the alkohol inside the bottles and seal it.

It look like F&M orange but when it last longer the color will change deeper. The taste….em…nice but not good as the original one but I am quite satisfying(home made wor).
many people would ask me: Where are original one inside the bottle?
I would answer: 1/2 I drink, 1/4 my parents and relatives drink, 1/4 my friends drink.

Besides, my mum will use the whisky apply into some dishes. This my favourite!!!
People usually called it “wang jiu ji”, this was the most delicious one coz it was full whisky and chicken soup cooked with many hours (without adding any water) that fill with ginger, mushroom and some chinese herb. If u dare finish the soup u will drunk!!!!
